How to use Ritual Bath Salt

Our all-natural Ritual Bath Salts are charged with Reiki and intention to help you on your path. You can focus on a specific task or with the simple intention to receive whatever healing, guidance or assistance you seek from the universe and your guides.

Whatever your goals, it helps to set up your ritual space in whatever ways call to you.

Here are some ideas. Feel free to use as many or as few as you'd like.

  • Cast a circle, if that is in your practice, inviting your guides to be with you through the ritual and add their guidance.

  • Clearing Spray on your body, tub and room to start your work fresh and clear out any energy that might already fill your space.

  • Candles, Oils, Music. This not only sets the mood for your work but helps to draw energy and power to your space. Take a moment to see what calls to you. Trust your instincts.

  • I often add bubbles because that's what calls to me for most baths, relaxing into the work I'm about to do. This is one of my most relaxing rituals. But it is work and with purpose.

When you are ready, sit back into the tub and focus on your intention. Try to stay as long as comfortable. It is recommended to stay for at least 15 minutes, but always do what you feel comfortable with.

When you are finished, rinse the tub and yourself. You can finish with clearing spray as well to signify the end of your ritual.

If you cast a circle, close it when you are ready.

Additionally, journaling can be very helpful to remember and process the insight that came to you in the bath.

*Make sure to drink water after your work.

*If you do not enjoy or have access to a bathtub, you can add the bath salts to a dish or sachet and place it at the back of your shower for similar results.
