Reiki is a powerful healing modality that relaxes you; body, mind and spirit so that you can achieve faster, more effective healing. But it is so much more than that.

  • Through our sessions we can realign your chakras, helping the energy flow smoothly in your body, having all parts work together.

  • We can remove blockages in that energy and work to release your inner knowledge, your connection with the universe.

  • In our sessions we cultivate your intuition and release trauma that has built resistance to these gifts, usually as a form of self preservation.

A 3 month supportive program leading you through deep shadow work and unlocking your own spiritual potential. Tailored specifically to you, we will work to develop your intuition and psychic abilities, delve into healing childhood or past life wounds, create healthy habits and improve self care.

Together, we will be working with intention to shape a complete wellness program personalized uniquely for you. One that will create positive thought processes that ground and balance your energy to foster overall improvement for your body, mind and spirit. It is designed to grow with you, accomplishing new goals, overcoming challenges and removing blockages to help you reach your full potential and fully grow into your space.

What to
expect

We can start immediately.  I will reach out to schedule your first one on one call after your payment has been made.

In addition to your sessions with me you can expect to do shadow work, journaling and meditation/relaxation technique practices. The amount of what you complete is up to you. On my end, I will be working in between our sessions to get you shadow work questions, additional exercises and outside information that target your specific needs.

At the end of our 3 months together, you will have access to our online releasing ritual. We will let go of all of the energy that no longer serves us and set our intentions for what we are making room for with this release.
